All our clients with WHM/cPanel installed on dedicated servers will receive HostForWeb's Fully-Managed support. Basically Fully-Managed means we will take care of everything, all problems related to server and it s initially installed software are completely taken care by our support team 24/7, free of charge. Should you require any extra php module installed, or update Apache web server version, or tweak firewall settings we will gladly assist you. Fully-Managed support does n ot cover issues related to a user's custom setup, 3rdparty software and scripts installed by customer on the server, however we will still offer some helpful recommendation if such software will be installed.
